GENERAL CONDITIONS

In order to confirm your reservation, we ask that you pay a 35% deposit 6 weeks before arrival. Please pay to our account number 341.461 at the Raiffeisenbank in Seefeld, bank number 36.314, IBAN: AT23 3631 4000 0034 1461 BIC: RZTIAT22314 or via Euro/Master, Diners, JCB or Visa card: in this case, please indicate card number and expiry date. The reservation is not valid until we have received your deposit. We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance. Place of delivery and payment is Seefeld. The court in Innsbruck has jurisdiction.

EXTRA SERVICE / KITCHEN:
In case you use the kitchen / kitchenette in your room during your stay, you can clean it yourself or we can clean it for you. For this extra service we charge € 10,- per day. This service can also be booked on the spot. If the kitchen is left dirty on your departure day, we will charge you the cleaning costs according to your length of stay. Thank you for your understanding.

A ONE-WEEK STAY RUNS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY or depending on season FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.

• from 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% cancellation costs
• from 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation costs
• as of 1 week: 90% cancellation costs
